I Aswathy an Airtel prepaid user having mobile number 7736430917 recharged my account with Rs 859/ for 84 days on 10th of April 2025 from a retail store.After the successful transaction received a med from the network provider saying there is a plan of Rs 459/ which is having almost same facilities with less mobile data.But at the time of recharge the retailer did not informed me that there is another plan with a lesser amount of Rs 459/.Raised a ticket (complaint number COTHR3CHN20250410071157)with Airtel customer care for a refund if possible.I haven’t received any update from the provider however the ticket has closed stating service request resolved.I received a call from Airtel customer service but the executive didn’t resolve the issue ,he just asked me whether I need a refund or not but refund didn’t happened yet.When contacting 121 for escalation it doesn’t give an option to talk to a representative.Requesting for an update from the provider however.
