We have booked rental RO on dt 08 06.2025 and company given commitment about delivery and installation on dt 09.06 2025 but company not delivered machine upto on dated 11.06.2025 hence we have cancelled the purchase and send mail for refund.

Upto to till no response received for company for refund.when call all time customecare telling in progress but neither giving track number nor given refund.


Pls help to refund .

I had raised a service request for my Livpure water purifier (within warranty) but despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper response or resolution from the company’s side. The delay in providing service is unacceptable and is causing inconvenience and health risks due to lack of clean drinking water.
