Dear Sir/Madam,
I am filing this complaint against Livpure smart RO rental service company in Gurugram for failing to refund my amount worth INR 1928 after subscription(subscribed on 24 Feb ‘26) and immediate cancellation(cancelled on 25 Feb’26 during opening received RO) within next day due to damaged product receiving and poor behaviour and delayed responses.
I refused installation and requested cancellation immediately.
I raised a ticket 4771925318218 and was assured that the cancellation team would contact me within 24 to 72 hours. However, no one has reached out to me, nor has the product pickup or refund been arranged, I continued follow up for the same over WhatsApp and email, receiving same standard statement “ your request for cancellation farworded to the concern team)attached are the same for reference purpose.
I am requesting for full refund of INR 1928 (INR 429 subscription + INR 1499 security deposit), but also that appropriate action be taken against the sales representative and Livpure smart for providing misleading information and compensation for my mental harassment and wasted of time to followups till today.
