Which was delivered on 31jan2026 after receiving the fit was not right for so i timely initiated the return which was picked up very same day .
Since the product was picked up i waited 2days for the refund but did not get any hence I raised complaint after that i am still waiting ..sitll no signs of refund
every call every email and every chat they continously only promising due dates and apologies but no action of actually refund today is 7feb now and when i asked about the refund when is usually initiated since it is showing resolved complaint they just said that it is delayed to 13 feb .
