I, Shreyas Mahendra Jadhav, was a subscriber of Jio AirFiber service under Service ID: 778640280240. Due to persistent service issues and poor performance, I requested a cancellation of the service on December 11, 2025 (Service Request ID: SR00002TZ50H). filing complaints multiple times but they unable to resolve the issue


2. Return of Equipment:


On December 21, 2025, a technician from the opposite party visited my premises, completed the de-installation, and picked up all Jio AirFiber equipment. I provided the necessary confirmation code to finalize the pickup process.


3. The Dispute (Non-Refund of Deposit):


As per the company’s policy and my account status on the official Jio portal, a refund of ₹4,845.02 was processed. The portal currently displays the status as "Full and Final Completed." However, despite more than 35 days passing since the equipment was returned, the said amount has not been credited to my bank account.


4. Failure of Customer Support:


I have made several attempts to resolve this through the customer care helpline (1800-896-9999) and email. Each time, I was given vague assurances or told to wait, yet no credit has been received. This indicates a clear case of "Deficiency in Service" and "Unfair Trade Practice."


5. Prayer / Relief Sought:


Because of the company's negligence, I have suffered significant mental agony and a waste of my valuable time. Therefore, I pray before this Commission to direct the Opposite Party to:


• Refund the principal amount of ₹4,845.02 immediately.


• Pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date the refund became due.


• Pay ₹10,000 as compensation for mental harassment and loss of time.


• Pay ₹3,000 towards litigation expenses.
