I recently purchased a shirt from Foomer, but due to some issues, I had to return it. It has been 10 days since my return request was processed, yet I have not received my refund. I have contacted customer care multiple times, but their responses have been unhelpful and unprofessional. They either don’t respond at all or reply in an inappropriate manner.
