Refund Not Provided – COD Order Refunded to Wallet and Later Deducted (Fraudulent Practice by Aza Fashions)

I placed an order with Aza Fashions:

  • Order No: RBZ4CNA6
  • Order Date: 4th July 2025
  • Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) – ₹10,200/-
  • Product: Saaksha & Kinni Floral Abstract Print Shift Dress
As per their own order invoice and app records, my payment was made through COD. However, instead of refunding the amount back to my bank account, Aza Fashions forcibly refunded only ₹9,491/- into my Aza Wallet.

  1. Refund to wallet was done without my consent, even though payment was made in cash.
  2. The wallet refund has now been deducted/expired without any purchase or usage, causing me a direct financial loss.
  3. Despite repeated follow-ups via email and customer support, Aza Fashions has refused to refund the amount to my bank account and have now stopped responding altogether.
  4. This is an unfair trade practice and amounts to cheating – as they took cash and did not return it back, instead forcing wallet credit and then letting it lapse.
Relief Sought:

  • Immediate refund of the full amount ₹10,200/- to my bank account.
  • Compensation for harassment and mental agony caused due to delayed and unfair refund practices.
  • Assurance/action against Aza Fashions for adopting such practices, so that other customers are not defrauded.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Aza Fashions (contactus@azafashions.com), clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to refund the complete amount ₹10,200/- in the source payment method.

This step not only gives the company a chance to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
