I had placed an order for a Seagate hard disk on 24th August 2025. The seller was unable to deliver the product on time and was initially unwilling to cancel the order despite repeated requests. After numerous follow-ups and calls, the order was finally cancelled.
However, even after cancellation, the refund has not been processed till date. I have made multiple attempts to contact their helpline, but whenever I provide my order number and ask about the refund, the customer service representatives disconnect the call.
I clearly state that I want my refund back in my bank account. I do not wish to accept store credit or vouchers for future purchases.
This has caused me financial loss, inconvenience, and harassment. I am seeking an immediate resolution with a full refund of the order amount along with any applicable compensation for the delay and unprofessional conduct.
