Respected Sir/Madam,
I,Shubhi Ojha, with student ID [ID-dkojhavssd@gmail.com], had taken admission in the 11th class NEET batch at Allen Career Institute around January 2025. I paid a total fee of ₹27,000 + ₹500 for this course.However, due to a change in my career plans, I did not attend a single class in the batch. I informed Institute staff about this immediately after some days of admission and was assured of a refund,As they promised for refund of full amount.Despite this, I have complained may time and have not yet received the refund amount.One time they said that they will refund less then half of the amount ₹7000 .I have not used any study materials or benefited from any coaching services,I also have proofs(messages).Since admission I've gotten calls repeatedly from institute for not attending classes and I complained again and again about it yet they are not responding.I kindly request you to process and refund the full fee amount at the earliest. I have attached copies of my fee payment, admission proof, and communication regarding the not attending classes for your reference.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.Yours faithfully,

We have carefully reviewed your complaint against Allen Career Institute, Kakadeo, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

As per your submission, you took admission in the 11th Class NEET batch at Allen Career Institute in January 2025 and paid a total fee of ₹27,500. Due to a change in career plans, you did not attend a single class and informed the institute shortly after admission. Despite the institute verbally assuring you of a full refund, no refund has been processed. At one point, they offered only ₹7,000 — less than one-fourth of the total amount paid — which is entirely unacceptable given that no classes were attended and no study material was utilised.
