My name is Harshadsinh Jadeja. I was visit to statue of unity with my family on first November 2024. I went to their booking counter for purchase of Ekta cruise ticket situated at shreshth bhavan. Executive at booking counter name Shital tadavi ask for online payment for booking of ticket I paid through upi to related office but after payment she told me we can't get ticket, is booking become full I demanded for refund. after long argument she and her manager Mr tadvi assured me that I will get my refund after 15 days. Now day it has been more than 35 day I already complaint to their related office through email and also through helpline but there is no appropriate answer given to me. It has been a long time there is no assurance that I shall get refund it's my humble request to do justice with me
I also attach photo of upi payment slip given at statue of unity counter.
Sorry my humble request there please do justice with me and I shall get my money back.
