Adobe confirmed a refund of ₹340 on 29 December for my subscription, but the amount has not been credited to my bank account till date. My bank has confirmed that no refund transaction or UTR/ARN exists. Adobe is redirecting me to the bank without re-initiating the refund. I request immediate credit of the refund amount.
