Myself sandeep saxena and availing services of DISH TV past 1 year. I am facing issue regarding 301 number plate or not shown any channel in tv display from past two month and wasted my recharge my amount.i reported this matter to customer care for technician visit but no technician was visited my house till date. So I again reported this matter to customer care for refund of my recharge amount as i dont want to continue with dish tv due to poor service. She denied and said that recharge amount is not refundable. In view of the above it is requested to resolve issue and refund my amount.
