Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with ref. Flipkart Order No. OD334153690416735100 for procurement of Home Temple has been ordered on 15.04.2025 was cancelled by Flipkart on 27.04.2025 without any information to me still I am struggling for Refund amount of Rs. 5749/- for the subject order.

Various conversation done with Flipkart executive & Sinor Executive. However, I am not getting my refund amount.
Request you to kindly help to provide my refund amount.

Accordingly, directed the opposite parties to install the Treadmill at the place of complainant within a period of 30 days from passing of this order and the period of warranty will be commenced from the date of installation and the “Opposite parties must put their signature on the Warranty Card on the date of installation of the said Treadmill. The opposite parties are further directed to pay compensation of Rs.2,50,000.00 (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) only, to the complainant for deficiency in service and Rs.20,000.00 (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only, for mental pain and agony in equal proportion.
