My name is Raghavendra G, I had booked a plot with Maxworth Realty , Bangalore in year August 2013,
because of delay, I asked for refund.

Payment details
I paid : 2,34,000

Refund given =1,50,000 in Nov 2014.

Balance amount is 84,000

Refund of 84000 is pending for last 10 years. everytime builder is gving silly reason and delaying it.

He is saying that refund is not possible for next 6 months as per today ,25 Jan 2025. I visited office and discussed with Kesava, MD of Maxworth Realty, Bengaluru.
