I have booked a flat at Raunak Bliss Project Thane, While booking their Sales Person Nikhil Gharat has deliberately hide about the MHADA allotment in the same apartment, He didn't even inform to my broker, when I came to know from outsiders after 3 months of booking, I immediately confirmed this from Nikhil, then he told me all the truth about MHADA allotment and said sorry for not informing me earlier, yet I did not get angry with them and asked them for another option in the same or other project but they told me that they have stop giving home capital assistance which they guaranteed me while the booking, Their team was totally aware about my financial condition while booking the flat, When I was short of money for booking, they guaranteed me home capital assistance that would help for SDR so I booked a property there, but then they turned down home capital assistance. So, I had no choice but to cancel the booking. Now they are deducting 50% amount (1,27,038) of my booking
