Abhilasha KAOREY here, I have paid 30000 to the team, they have promised to refund of not satisfied, they are denying it now.

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the poor service and lack of responsiveness from your team. Please take this as formal feedback and a refund request.

1. After my registration, no one from y1000249414.jpgour team tracked or checked whether I was attending classes.

2. Whenever I raised a ticket, the response time was unreasonably long — typically 1–2 weeks — which seems unprofessional.

3. Email responses regarding my refund request were vague and contradictory. Initially, I was informed that if I didn’t like the classes, the unused amount would be refunded after deducting the consumed classes. However, later I was told refunds are not possible.

4. No one from your team has called me to clarify the situation, despite multiple follow-ups. This lack of communication is unacceptable.

5. Although I received an acknowledgment from Mr. Sameer stating, “It’s a shortcoming from our end, sorry for that,” there has been no further action. It appears there is no accountability within the team.

Even the one-to-one teacher sessions were mismanaged — teachers did not show up on time and only responded after I expressed frustration.

Honestly, I have experienced much better professionalism from other platforms (for example, Iron Lady), where student communication and class management are handled with respect and efficiency.

With such poor follow-up and miscommunication, I have lost confidence in continuing with your organisation. Therefore, I request an immediate refund for the unutilized classes as per the original commitment made during enrollment.

Kindly process my refund within 7 working days or I will be left with no choice but to raise this issue with the Consumer Forum for resolution.
