i have booked a ticket from tirupathi to hyderabad on 9th november 2025 through paytm in truebus(operator) and the departure time was 10:45,, but i was there by 10:30 and was calling to a number which was given by the operator but the operator phone was switched off and from other sites i got to know headquarters number and they have provided another number and when i called him he told that we have departed from the place well before 15mins of actual departure time but they didnt inform me about that and they didnt even call me before leaving, after calling multiple times he rejected my calls continously, and later on after two days the headquarters team have responded saying we will be refunding the amount because it happened with three of our other customers too. So, i remained silent and waited for the refund but after some days i have called them saying i didnt get any refund but they have sent me a screenshot of their conversation with paytm agent that refund should be initiated, but even after many conversations with paytm they said that operator has declained the refund and they are blaming each other but not issuing my refund.please do me needful sir/madam, Thank you.
