I had ordered a parcel from amazon but when i received it i got a completely different product from what i had ordered So i returned the parcel. I had returned the parcel on 12 October and it's amazon policy to give refund within 7 days but today is 29th november and i still have not got my refund. I contact them on 30th October and they said i will get my refund till 4th November but as i said today is 29th november and i called them today as well but they are still giving me dates so i want to file a complaint against amazon for not giving me refund within 7 days as it is written in their app.
