I ordered a 3-piece Kamilant American Tourister trolley bag set from Amazon (Order ID: 403-0319751-0159578) on April 28, 2025. However, I received only one large-sized bag instead of the full set. I initiated a return and returned the same item that was delivered to me.

The return was picked up by Amazon’s delivery partner on May 14, 2025. After that, Amazon claimed that I returned the wrong item and denied the refund of ₹5,999.

I strongly deny this claim. I returned exactly what I received, and the pickup was completed as per the Amazon process. The tracking status even said, “Return may be lost,” indicating an issue in their logistics.

Despite repeated follow-ups, Amazon has refused to resolve the issue. I request an immediate refund of ₹5,999 or a fair reinvestigation. I am attaching the invoice and Amazon’s refund denial email as proof.

This complaint is being filed to seek justice and a rightful refund.

We understand that you have ordered the American Tourister trolley bag set, but received only one large-sized bag. Despite following the Amazon's return policy and returning the item as instructed, Amazon is now wrongly alleging that you returned a different or incorrect product.
