I along with my family booked 3 rooms at candle wood park beach resort at Mondarmoni from 09.06.25 to 11.06.25. The air conditioner in room no. 101 did not work Inspite of repeated complaints and we had to suffer the heat and humidity.
I claimed a refund of Rs 3500 per day for one room I.e Rs 10500 and sent mail to booking @thecandlewoodpark.com and warp messages to 9073101666 and 9830644741 but none has cared to address my concern.

For 11 members including children and adults (my wife is pregnant) so I booked 4 family rooms online in advance for a clean resort, guest registration card number 273, the road to the resort was very bad, even the front entrance was not like the photo shown on the site, the work was not completed, small insects in the rooms, spiders, water, hot water availability is not clear, dirty water inSiruvani resort the swimming pool, no proper cleaning or maintenance, small creatures and insects growing in the water, toxic small creatures, the depth of the swimming pool was not recorded...
