I ordered one refrigerator through M/s Flipakrt India Pvt Ltd and as per schedule its delivery was planned on dated 19 May, 2025 but refrigerator not delivered and my order cancelled on dated 22 may, 2025 without any intimation.
Many times i called to customer care for delivery of the same but response not received from filipart.

Occasionally, an e-commerce platform may cancel an order due to product unavailability. This is a standard procedure. However, if the refund is not processed in such cases, or if a delivered product is defective or damaged, the customer has the right to raise a formal complaint or initiate legal action.

Refrigerator couriered and reached to my near by location and but due to unexpected reason it's not delivered.

I mail to flipkart didn't cancel the order, re-order the refrigerator on same price and delivery the same but they denied to re-order the same on same price.

I ordered the material and price of the refrigerator fixed then why they didn't deliver the refrigerator after 20 days they informed me. My humble request to you please take legal action against flipkart.

Dear Sir(s),

I have ordered Lenovo L24i-4A monitor from Lenovo Website on May 8th 2025 and have made payment of Rs.5,924 via Razorpay. The Lenovo company have shipped the monitor on the same day from Bangaluru to Hyderabad.
