22nd oct 2025 I'm traveling to hyderabad to tirupati and next ive planned for darshan and stay all suddenly redbus cancelled my ticket and they send message as your ticket refund will issued. due to cancellation which ive planned for next 2 days also wasted

Bus details: Hyderbad to tirupati
on 25th oct 2025 which ive booked srikalahasti to hyderabad from 8:15 to 11:00pm ive waited for bus from that time driver is saying im coming in hour an hour like he is repeated for few hours after that received a message from as your bus broke down and your bus has cancelled atleast the cancellation is not shown in redbus app
waited for whole night in bus stop returned taking lot of buses to hyderabad
about customer care one of the worst customer services which ive faced
