I recieve the product in bad infact worst condition.
I ordered milk and icecream.
The delivery partner brought it in same protective case.in which only icecream needs to be placed.
On an whole even 8 min can't make it melt,so it was not fault of delivery partner.it was fault in storage.since it was has frozen ice stick to box,but melted and watery from inside when I recieved.It was in spoiled and smelly condition.I removed half of part to see what's inside, and i see it was already rotten and then frozen condition.
And then I went for Chat support,there they
say,we can do nothing,we will share the feedback to respective and we will not repeat this.They give me a Giva coupon in compensation and say there is no refund or replacement policy in this product and we can fo nothing more for you.
Since zepto and GIVA has a business relation,that doesn't mean zepto compensates damages,which its customers faced with coupon of GIVA.its hypocritic that even to avail that coupon i need to spend my money more that 1800 just to match the t&c and get 650 off.
And then after one session ended i again contacted the customer support,they contacted me on call,and I explain the same situation to them,they say and try to convince me as same that we will bot repeat this,and make sure your word is reached to concerned and loud.
