First email to both Airtel and PhonePe and ask them the status of you paid amount.

mentioned the number 8108920746 was ported from VI (Vodafone Idea) to Airtel last month.

but accidentally recharged through the VI portal, the payment would have gone to VI, but since the number is no longer active on VI, the recharge won’t reflect on your Airtel account.

In such cases, the recharge usually fails or remains uncredited, and you should be eligible for a refund from VI or the payment gateway.

Contact VI customer care (Vodafone Idea) with the payment references:

Credit card payment Ref. No. Ezmobile (17-12-2025, Rs. 398/-)

HDFC Net Banking Ref. No. 2535117951611 (17-12-2025, Rs. 398/-)

since the recharge cannot be applied to your Airtel number.

If VI does not resolve, raise a dispute with your bank/credit card issuer for reversal of the duplicate/failed transaction.
