I placed an online order on sleepberry.com under Buy One Get One Free offer.
Order ID: SB10649
Amount Paid: ₹998 (COD via UPI)

The order was for two nightwear sets.
However, I received a completely wrong product (a jeans) instead of nightwear.

This is a clear case of wrong delivery and online shopping fraud.
I tried contacting the seller via email and support channels, but no response and emails are not being delivered.

Tracking ID: 153727350057732 (Xpressbees)

I request:
1) Full refund of ₹998 OR
2) Immediate replacement with correct products

Proofs available:
- Order confirmation screenshot
- Product received photo
- Payment proof
- Tracking details

Kindly take necessary action against the seller.

If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal:
https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
