Hi, I have ordered a coffee mug from the Brand Chumbak priced at 557 and I emailed them regarding the same as their help center in the Application is not working. The reply from them was unacceptable. I have shared the video of the damaged item but the customer service team said they did not find any issue with the order hence they cannot help me with a return and refund.
I am really helpless at the moment. I am a long time customer of Blinkit but this behaviour is unacceptable. Kindly help .
