Requested to purchase one silk saree costs 5990 on 23.05.2025 from my number 7200631430 to the whats up number Rathnam silks;-6361730055
They said available on 23.05.2025
Made payment of rs.6090 through Razorpay from my credit card number ends with 1006, Payment id on razorpay was QYOy9U5zKMeJPe on 23.05.2025
They sent message on 24.05.2025, the saree was damaged so we cant ship to you,also ask me to wait for another 15 to 20 days the saree will restock, also shared some another saree pictures to choose any one saree.
I replied on 24.05.2025, if the saree is damaged also you not have the same one in stock, please do the refund of my amount 6090,also said i have a occasion by next week so i cant wait for another 15 to 20 days, also i dont want any other option sarees, so please do the refund.
They replied ,, we refund you after two days only, And it is our policy..
I replied,, You got my payment by said available, then you said it is damaged,, its not mistake from my side.. i paid from my c card.. you cant hold my amount for two days,, so refund the amount immediately i said, also mentioned some information on consumer act shows merchant cannot hold the customer amount without sending any goods.
They replied on 25.05.2025,, we will do refund by today evening,, But not happened
I replied on 25.05.2025,, you holding my amount of 6090 without sending any item is offensive also cheating a customer.. i will sue you for this ,,

till now they not returning my amount 6090, also Holden my amount for three days which I suppose to pay interest to my bank..also they threatening me to not ask for the refund amount from the number7676348926 on 26.05.2025 by saying we wont refund the amount do what ever you want they said
