I placed an order on 3rd January 2026 bearing order no. Order # QS10568 amounting of Rs. ₹1,082.30 contains 03 items ( jackets ) though instagram advertisement as Quikstich link - Shopify: The All-in-One Commerce Platform for Businesses - Shopify and shown contact details are as follows : Swastik Enterprises , HN-478, Block G, Jahangirpuri Delhi - 110033 and another contact details as VARUN TRATERRS ,Ground floor house no.442,AG BLOCK SHALIMAR BAGH NORTH WEST DELHI Pincode : 110033.
Despite mailing twice for delivery updates, I received no response. Today, the website is also not working, leaving me unable to track or cancel the order. there is no refund option also. kindly take seriously and do prompt action. pls help .
