I have purchased two shirts from Uptownie on 7th of April for Rs.1850 . At the time of order, the expected delivery was showing as 11th of April. Till now they haven’t provided me with the tracking id or refund. I have tried to connect to their customer support, but no one is picking up the call and I have also chatted with them. They have been telling me that the tracking is delayed so I requested for refund but no action was taken from their side. Please find the attachment of the order I made.
