I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unethical and intrusive recovery practices being carried out by your loan recovery team
I had taken a loan from Grow in November 2023 Due to an unfortunate project loss I was unable to continue payments from December 2024 Grow recovery agents visited my residence where I explained my financial situation and expressed my intent to resume payments once I secure a new project A settlement option was discussed and agreed upon
However despite this understanding grow employees have been repeatedly calling my relatives including individuals whose contact details were never stored on my phone. This is a serious breach of privacy and a violation of RBIs Digital Lending Guidelines which prohibit contacting third parties without consent and engaging in coercive recovery practices
