The product delivered to me, HP Victus 15-fb3003AX (Order: 171-6399655-7713932) is tampered, used, unsafe, and materially different from what was advertised and amazon is refusing any replacement or return saying the seller does not have the same item in stock! then give my money back!

These are the facts that prove my case:
  1. The laptop delivered is NOT new and NOT the product described
    • The listing and invoice clearly state: Windows 11 Home (Genuine).
    • However, the laptop arrived with Windows 11 Pro activated via an illegal KMS volume license, which expires in a few months.
    • KMS activation is used for pirated or enterprise-cracked keys, NOT genuine new retail laptops.
  2. Warranty dates prove the device is USED / PRE-ACTIVATED
    • The back panel states 2 years warranty.
    • HP Support Assistant shows the warranty already started on 21 March 2025 and ends 5 July 2026.
    • This proves the laptop is not new, was used before, and not eligible for the full warranty promised.
  3. Preinstalled malware indicates tampering and unsafe device
    • On first boot, the laptop contained:
    • 360 Total Security (unwanted Chinese malware)
    • i-Search browser hijacker
    • Fake Chrome and Mozilla installations
    • Unauthorized scripts
    • Even worse, an automatic Google takeout/archive request was triggered without my authorization immediately after logging in.
  4. Key features advertised are missing
    • Microsoft Office, promised in the listing and invoice is NOT present.
    • DTS Audio mentioned in the box → NOT installed.
    • NVIDIA RTX 2050 drivers / HP Omen features, HP Victus Key does not work → NOT installed.
    • AMD Radeon software (factory standard) → NOT installed.
  5. The inner cardboard box was broken
