I have purchased period panties online through cash on delivery through an online advertisement by fresh shades and they are delivered through Amazon shipping but due to their defect product they have sent I want to return them back to get my mother they have provided one e mail id to contact through their website to return the product I need to contact them, they mentioned it in their 30 days return and refund policy but I trying to contact them their server is not accepting my mails I have every proof both including all the vedios and images
