I purchased a xiaomi Beard Trimmer 2c trimmer through reliance digital online on 20-08-2025 from my mobile No.7416521629, on 26-08-2025 trimmer has delivered to me. On 27-08-2025, because of low charging of trimmer i made a request to take back and to return my amount which I paid through online. On 28-08-2025 reliance digital customer care person reject my return. On 31-08-2025 I raised ticket for returning the detective product, i made number of calls to customer care representatives to return, but they not given exact suggestion and prolonged upto 05-09-2025 they made a phone call to me and said their is no return policy applicable for this product, sir i requested several times there is return policy clearly mentioned to take return of the product if their is any defective in product. Now return time of this trimmer is also completed please file a complaint against reliance digital and make me to receive 100 timesworth of the product amount for negligency shown against me by Reliance digital.
