I’ve purchased gold coins on 30th December 2025 with order id fn9234702164 and fn8234708817 respectively. The delivery date was 8/1/26 on which I didn’t received my product then i raised complaint 2 to 3 times but they are not giving me solutions last raised complain was on 14/1/26 with id, com00100396092 the resolution date was 19/1/26 still its pending I’ve tried reaching customer care several times everyone is saying the same thing that wait 2 business days and you will get the update from our side every time i call after 2 days they all saying the same thing again and again. Please i request you to ship my product asap because I cannot even cancel this order as the rate of gold is increased. Please look into this matter as soon as possible positive and prompt reply is highly appreciated.
