I have been trying to contact Myntra for almost a month now for a product that got delivered but they are not showcasing it delivered making it not eligible for a Return.
I have tried calling, emailing and using the chat support all they respond is to wait for 24 hours and then no update.
There have been times that they have disabled my calling option as well making it very hard to contact the support.
I haven't received any resolution for my product issue since 2-3weeks.

  • 08-May-2024 – I did not receive the product. I contacted customer support and was told it would be delivered by 10-May.
  • 11-May-2024 – Still not delivered. No further updates from the company.
  • 15-May-2024 – I emailed again, but haven’t received any reply yet.

  • Please avoid vague messages like “my product is not working” or “no one is replying.”
  • The more clear and date-specific your message is, the faster and more accurately we can assist you.
