I ordered a camera (Fujifilm X-S20 Aps-c-26.1 mp camera + 16-50 zoom lens) through amazon on 28th of Jan 2026, the package was delivered on 30th jan 2026 but the package was missing camera body i.e Fujifilm X-S20 Aps-c-26.1 mp camera. I immediately raised a complaint to amazon via customer care no. But the after multiple conversation with customer care team and after a month of internal investigation by amazon they are denying the fact the camera was not delivered and have also not provided any detail regarding the investigation.
