Hello Sir, my name is Dau Dayal. My mobile number is 8010633413. I had ordered a Red Tape Man's Solid White Casual Sneaker on 06/01/2025 from Tata Click. Whose order id is 135464913. I have paid its price of Rs 1168 to Tata Click along with the order. It should have reached me by 11/01/2025. When this order did not come, I called Tata Click's customer care on 13/01/2025 that I have not received the product yet, then I was told that I will get it today i.e. on 13/01/2025. After that, after 3 pm on 13/01/2025, I got a mail that your product has been delivered. Whereas I did not receive the product and neither did I receive a call from any delivery boy. I then called customer care and complained whose complaint number is 18299999. But even this did not solve my case so I complained again. In this way I have complained several times till now whose complaint numbers are 18309885, 18332791, 18419610 but till now neither have I received my product nor my money has been refunded. I request you to settle my matter as soon as possible.
