I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the lack of resolution regarding a missing product from my recent order, despite multiple complaints. The case has been prematurely closed with a denial of refund/replacement, which I find unacceptable.
Here are the details of the order and the issue:

Missing Product: One unit of the Redflame hooded front open sweatshirt.
Complaint History: I have raised this issue previously under incident numbers, including IN26020516530092915665 and IN26020615260945197155.
Myntra team has repeatedly stated that the complete order was packed and delivered in an untampered condition following an internal quality check. I categorically maintain that one of the two sweatshirts was missing upon opening the package.
I demand an immediate and final resolution to this matter. I expect A full refund for the price of the missing item.
Furthermore, as requested in my previous correspondence, I require you to provide concrete evidence to support your claim that both products were included in the package and passed the quality check at all stages (packaging, shipping, and delivery).
