I have Sent Legal Notice via whats app 1.month ago, also registered grievance on consumer helpline portal 15 days back but they have not replied to 3 reminders are giving wrong commitments and try to foolish me by skipping time or giving next date.
Following problems i found with TV. 1. No proper written specifications of the TV were provided at the time of sale. 2. No printed GST invoice/bill has been issued even after online payment. 3. 2 years warranty was verbally promised, but no written warranty card or confirmation has been provided. 4. The TV was sold as a 2K TV, whereas the actual resolution is only Full HD (1920×1080). 5. The TV was advertised as OLED, but there is no mention of OLED in the TV system details. 6. The TV operates on LG WebOS version 3.32.60 (2016–2017), which is outdated and has no updates available. 7. It is unclear whether the installed LG WebOS is a licensed version, raising legal concerns. 8. The TV stands provided are unstable and unsafe. 9. The installation technician arrived late and failed to provide proper usage guidance. Purposefully sending technician late at night to reduce time for explaining. 10. The TV was sold claiming Dolby Atoms speakers, but the actual audio output is basic. 11. No proper service or response is being provided after installation 12. Logo comes out in first attempt if we go to clean tv.
