Hello,
I ordered a saree online from indianweddingoutfits.com
website. The image of product was too good. The
product shown on the website features detailed
stone/hand-style embroidery and premium finishing.
However, the saree delivered to me has machine thread embroidery, and the overall detailing and finishing are clearly different from the product images shown online.
The quality is cheap. Most of the review I think are fake,
when I got that product because of disappointment I tried to post a review with the actual image but when I click post - It was showing that they will review first my review.
Other than that from the starting I had conversation with the website agent on WhatsApp. When I ordered something on website, it didn't get shown on my
account, like — No order. It confused me that's why I tried to talk to them on WhatsApp. They told I have ordered.It was to irritating and stressful.
The day i received my product that day i whatsapp them
to return they didn't replied then, I emailed them still
didn't replied. It was totally clearly written that they will return if their is issue within 7 days. Today is almost 20days of tht product and no reply.
