I am purchase prestige hop top gas induction in pai home decor Vidyanagar
When I am starting using this one I am facing the flame and button problem continuously now after 2 years now the prestige customer care told me it is now it is cost around 5000 for service for same problem
If there is any genuine service in this place why they didn't change my item in warranty period they told me it is okay you will repair your gastro and it is good now they told me it is not working we have to change the all parts and prosented 5000 rupees chargeable
My point is what I facing the problem now every 3 months if I pay 5000 and repair the this piece and again after 3 months same problem return then again I have to pay to 5000 rupees
I request prestige customer care and pay customer care please please exchange my peace to peace if any cost is there I will to pay
