I had placed the prepaid order of saree where the original waiting time of the product was 2 months for its manufacturing and after serving 2 month of notice when product was not delivered to me I reached out to Kalki and got to know that they can’t ship the order.
Below are the question have already asked and option I have already suggested but Kalki fashion is not accepting the offer to ship the same product what I ordered in different colours as the original product can’t be shipped due to multiple failure from Kalki fashion.
I have already waited 2 months for this order and in conversation with them since 2 months but it’s not very helpful till now.
Let me ask if the product was of not the right quality why did you first of all show it in website ?
2. Why dint you guys realise it when the order was placed or within 1 week atleast then fabric/product is not up to the mark and cancelled and informed the customer in well advance.
3. After waiting for almost 2month & even after expected delivery date was passed there was no status or intimation from Kalki.
4.Even after all of this customer/I reached out for the order status and I am hearing then that the product I waited 2 months and prepaid cannot be shipped.
5. And Now out of all this I am even open for other colour option of the same product I had ordered and you want me to pay extra for that? And as a token proving me 10-20% discount to ease the situation so you really it’s worth the inconvenience?
To summarise it I had ordered it for some reason and was waiting for 2 months for the prepaid order that I had placed since it’s clearly a fault of Kalki that you were not able to fulfill it even after expected delivery was passed but still after analysing the situation and to conclude the situation I am open to other option which is the same product but in different colour and I really think Kalki should understand the situation and do the needful because I don’t think I should even pay a single penny for the same product where just colour is different even after all of these inconvenience.
