I had ordered a pair of sneakers from AJIO and received them on 19th of December; due to size issues I requested an exchange on the same day. its 4th of January today the app has been continuously delaying my order. First date of delivery was 25th December them 29th then 31st and then 4th of January now when i just checked the app its again showing a delay. i am unable to track my parcel. I want my money back. the customer care is also not giving me correct information. I have called them twice.

Delivery delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond the control of the delivery personnel or the service provider. This is quite common in many cases:
  • Food deliveries may sometimes be delayed slightly but are usually delivered within a reasonable time.
  • E-commerce purchases may arrive 2–3 days later than the expected date, especially due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Such short delays are generally considered acceptable and fall within a reasonable time frame. However, if there is an unreasonable delay, or if the product or service is not delivered at all, you have every right to take action.
