Subject: Complaint against Hope Fund app for loan fraud and harassment
Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm writing to report a cyber crime committed by Hope Fund app. They offered me a loan of ₹35,000, but disbursed only ₹22,000, deducting ₹11,000 upfront. For a 15-day extension, they're demanding another ₹11,000, effectively charging exorbitant interest. If I don't pay ₹36,000 (the original loan + fees), they threaten to charge ₹1,000 daily.
Similarly, for a ₹22,000 loan, they gave me ₹13,000, demanding ₹14,000 repayment. Extension fees are ₹6,000 for 15 days.
The app isn't available on Play Store, and their customer support is unresponsive.
