Myself Dibakar Roysharma from kolkata trying from last one year to get my money as PPF account in my mother's name and i as a nominee at the time of account opening as manually.
Now on claim after my mother pass I year back I applied as nominee, in which bank asked that I am not in their online in computer as registered so they told to submit affidavit and other documents to get it done. After submitting all the documents as their list provided it's still overtime they are changing their list and asking for another documents whereas I am nominee and I shouldn't need to do these certificates.
Kindly help as it's one year passed and I am struggling with this bank management. I will be evergrateful
