17-01-2026 I applied for a warranty claim for a product called boat energyshroom. After that, till today 13-02-206, the product has not been returned or the proper service has been provided. I called the customer care of the company boat several times. But they kept extending the time and could not find a solution to my problem. For this, I went to the boat service center and the courier partner office of the boat company several times. I went to these places after taking leave from my office work. Even then, I did not get the service I needed. I bought this power bank as a power backup during trips and other things. But later, I had to beg many people for chargers and other things because the power bank did not work. This has caused me a lot of mental difficulty. As a solution to all this, the price of the product, Rs. 1699, and Rs. 10000 should be allowed as compensation for the mental and financial losses I have suffered.
