I ordered pouch packaging machine from Crearture Industries. For which I took a bank loan and sent the money to the company's bank account but on 1st June, it is 13th June and there has been no machine dispatch The person with whom the machine deal was done has left the job, his name is Shubham whose number is switched off, I spoke to someone else on some other number, he told me his name was Shubham of the company and the other one told me his name was Alok and money was transferred to whose number
Subham 6393577505 Having more +919236573853, Alok, My invoice was held to be for ordering a wrong machine and they are asking me to buy another machine so that they can earn more profit, and in the first ordered machine, everyone should order it through me.By saying that we need to do the packing, we got the quotation made and sent the funds but on receipt of the funds, more than the cost of the machine was transferred, in which 3 more machines have to be ordered. They are only telling that the first order machine is wrong and are forcing me to buy a bigger machine. Either take the first wrong machine which they finalized by fraud or they are asking me to buy a bigger machine.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Creature industries, formally requesting a resolution of your issue and send the product immediately. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.

They sent me this machine 3 months late, I was forced to buy a bigger machine as per their instructions, because they were not returning the money, when they sent the machine and I received it but their intialization As per the information, the engineer was not sent, he got the installation done through video conference, unboxing was done and he asked me to buy polythene roll for testing but he did not give any information about it and charged me Rs 7000 for it.After that I had to buy polythene rolls worth Rs. 1200 from them, when I got the machine tested, it was found non working, in the video during installation the engineer asked me to return the machine I ordered it, now 2 months have passed, now they are asking me for Rs 4000 to get the machine repaired, if I am not paying then today Astra has put it on hold for 1 more month and is not picking up the calls, 3 months, total 8For the last one month they have put my startup business on hold for which I am paying both plant rent and machine EMI, they have destroyed my business. For which the company has been fined Rs 5 lakh including the money for the machine and the loss of entire time. I appeal for peace of mind by imposing fine, they have caused me mental torture and violation of deadline, false claims, loss of money in work. They have created an obstruction, they have misused their terms, conditions and promises, what do I have to do for the further process, please help me. Deepak Athnere 89629423
