Dear Sir/Mam,

I was informed by my CRM team guy that I will get the possession within 30 days after I finish doing the complete payment.

I accomplished paying full amount 25th September 2024 and interest amount on 7th November 2024, CRM team has told i will get keys in 30 days, now it has been more than 50 days, they are not receiving the call.

There is grievance team for escalation which is not at all helping or giving any reply.

I am attaching the mail communication for your reference.
