I a m a consumer and booked residential flat from S P Infra Builder in project Siddheshwar Pacific situated at Gadda Circle harni Road Vadoara,

Details of the case are as follows.
1. Agreement to sale was executed on 08.06.2022.
2. Sale deed was registered on 04.10.2024 at SRO Vadodara (Deed No 15224)
3. As per the Registered Agreement to sale, The builder was obligated to hand over the possession of the flat on or before 31.12.2024.
4. I have already made full payment towards the falt.
5.Despite completion of payment and registration of the sale deed, the builder has failed to hand over possession till date.
6.Repaetd followup phones call and personal request have no yeilded any result.
7.The builder's act amount ot deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer act 2019.
8.Due to non-delievery of possession, iam suffering financial loss , and mental harasmentand inconvenience,
9. My son was suffering from DMD (Duchene Muscular Dystrophy) and he was bed written, and the cronic desease, So that, i am not able to travell from Patna to Vadodara.
Releif Sought.
a) Immediate hand over of of peaceful and lawful possession of the flat.
Or
b) Refund of the entire amount paid with applicable interest.
c) Compensation for mental agony and financial loss.
d) cost of litigation.
I request the Hon'ble Consumer Forum to kindly take necessary action in the interest of justice.
