Hi,
This is regarding my Jio prepaid number 9321343123.
When I tried to send Portout message i got this sms "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."
I just wanted to know what contracts are active and what is the contract end date for which I tried calling multiple times to jio care however I am not getting proper response from Jio appellate team & customer support team. Kindly look into this matter.
